How long does it take to process an order?

- All orders are produced within 1-3 business days.

All of our items are handmade to order, which means we begin creating your piece after your order is placed. Please allow this time for your item to be carefully crafted before it is shipped. Please allow up to 1-3 business days for your order to be processed for shipping although we try to ship as fast as possible. If you are in a hurry for a wedding/event feel free to message us and we will try to prioritize shipping your order. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

What countries do you ship to?

- We ship only in the Netherlands.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping to the Netherlands costs €4.99 and it's FREE on all orders over €50.

Is pick-up possible?

- Yes, pick-up is possible in Tiendeveen, the Netherlands.

Can I track my order?

- Yes, you will receive your tracking number after your order is shipped. 

Can I get an invoice for my order?

- Yes, you will automatically receive an invoice attached to your shipping confirmation email.

Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs, or unforeseen circumstances. However, if your order seems significantly delayed, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at contact@suneslittleclayhub.com within 3 days of delivery, and we will do our best to assist you.
